Just doing a wee review on cameras as requested by Chicken-Wing. I've had quite a few cameras in my history and I've eventually purchased the best camera I have ever used at an affordable price.
CANON EOS 350D
• Released 06/04/05
• 8.0 Megapixel
• 3 frames per second with up to 14 image burst
• E-TTL II pop-up flash system
• 7-point Auto Focus for fast & accurate focusing on each subject picture taken
• Compatible with more than 60 Canon EF/EF-S lenses & the entire EX Speedlite flashes
• Various shooting modes: Full Auto, Portrait, Landscape, Close-up, Sports, Night Portrait, No Flash, Shutter priority AE, Aperture priority AE, Manual, A-DEP
• Image sizes: (LF) 3456x2304, (LN) 3456x2304, (MF) 2496x1664, (MN) 2496x1664, (SF) 1728x1152, (SN) 1728x1152, (RAW) 3456x2304
PRICE: £400.00 approx
I'm only starting to get experimenting with this camera, but it's certainly the move forward to capture all the moments when on the NIBRSA trips. Through time you can become more creative with your shots and eventaully have an archive of images that many people will be envious of.
