MORE GOOD NEWS ON TICKET PRICES.Details have been released by the club today that the Leverkusen game will have reduced matchday ticket prices:- Season-Ticket Holders: £foc Non-Season Ticket Holders: £15 (adults) Non-Season Ticket Holders: £5 (senior citizens, club 16-21) Juniors: £1 The reduction in admission prices is largely due to the fact that club officials agreed to move the kick-off time to 6pm to allow for live German television coverage. Despite the unusual kick-off time, officials are hoping that this latest pricing initiative - particularly attractive for youngsters - will help produce a bumper crowd and a great atmosphere as Mark Hughes' team look to book a place in the last 16 of the competition. Managing director Tom Finn explained: " Due to the success of so many British teams in the UEFA Cup so far this season, the competition for television revenue has been particularly strong. German television, one of the biggest markets in Europe, wants to show our tie and the clash between Ajax and Werder Bremen back-to-back on the night. The only opportunity we had to acquire live TV coverage in Germany was, therefore, to agree to the early kick off time." " In order to ensure the maximum backing for the team we have again decided to allow our season ticket holders free entry to the match, It is further recognition of their importance to the club and emphasises the value of being a season ticket holder at Ewood Park." " Early kick-offs are not uncommon in the UEFA Cup. Our match in Krakow kicked off at 3.45pm whilst the first leg in Leverkusen is a 5.15pm kick-off, UK time. It is just more unusual in England. However, one of the clear advantages of the 6pm time is the great opportunity it presents to young children to attend a European evening game at Ewood Park - and for just £1."

This was an absolutely amazing trip enjoyed by all. Simon done a brilliant job organising the whole thing. 2 wins and a draw. Overall delighted with the performances and 2 of the results. Matt Derbyshire gave me his shirt after the Pompey game and I was taken back by it all. What a guy!
As for the 5-a-side on Saturday afternoon, I only managed one goal but I was wearing Simons moon boots so thats my excuse (nothin to do with being up to 3am the nite before, honest).
Met a few new people including Christian who was a very funny guy and John who is a legend (thanks for the lift to Moira).
Looking forward to the Reading trip but would consider a match before so let me know if yous are interested.

Ha Ha very funny. "Oh look at you with your little fruity necklace!"
I scored 'Goal of the day', set up 100 goals and hit the post. I did get a hit on the nuts too which ruined me.
Christian I must say you are a funny, good guy. A far better keeper than Baldy Gray too. The craic was mighty. "Oh look at Johns beard!"
"Oh look at Ireland hammering England!"
Bring on the Gunners!

Where's your Beard gone...Johnny Boy? Oh it blew off lol Mr Gray reminds me of Jussi Jasklianananananananan, makes each save look world class even though it's rolling towards him at 2mph Hebiegebies was good though, he did score goals of the day and hit the post, but he meant to do that. You decided which number your going to be using yet buddy?

Hi all. Great trip had by all. The craic was mitey and all worked out well for us. I'm totally shattered now and basically in bed as soon as I arrived home. The 5 a-side worked out well and some great goals, saves, tackles etc etc. Certainly the player of the tournament was Eirik. What a quality player who is very unselfish player on the ball. They will be my favourites for the charity 5 a-side in May, but Eirik done him no favours going over and exposed himself as one of the best players that I've ever played with.
It will be tough for the official charity 5 a-side in a few months but we will have a few teams for this as the recruitment campaign got off to a flyer duing the few days that we were over. Modes, some top saves from yourself and heard that you managed to score the odd goal as well. But mate I have to say that you're driving was terrible. It had the similarities of a wee old woman in her 90's revving it like therre was no tomorrow.
What can I say about John 'David Dunn, Ryan Nelsen' Cowan?? The man would be late for his own funeral. Easily the worst time keeper in the 26 years that I have existed. I thought he was going to be in trouble for the football with late tackles, but proved his ability and even popped up with a few goals.
Johnny 'Shefki the Farmer' Peden. The striking similarities of Big Shefki. Scores a cracker, but misses 150 chances in the process. Battled hard all time in the football and easily the best shout of the trip coming away with Matty's shirt. Unbelieveable gesture from a top guy.
I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves throughly and that big party of nine had a great time on Thursday, despite the exit out of the UEFA Cup. I'll get the polo-shirts and t-shirts sorted and hopefully we will have them for the last game of the season against Reading. Overall, we all had a great trip and was a pleasure to meet up with you all again.
