Blackburn vs Chelsea Sunday 15th April, 2007 Venue TBC Kick-off @ 4:00pm
With the Semi-final lineup confirmed after last night's replays, we now take on Chelsea at a neutral Venue. This should be confirmed later on today (Tuesday 20th March).
However, we've had members get onto the ball early and here who is confirmed to be going:-
Mr Kenny Armstrong Mr Kenneth Baillie Mr Gregory Burns Mr Simon Gray Mr Wesley Hayes Mr Jamie Laird Mr Raymond Laverty Mr John Kinghorn Mr Johnny Peden Mr Christian Rowley
If any other member is looking to go to this match, then for the ones travelling from Northern Ireland, then it will be strongly advised to book your own flights. I can try to assist with accommodation, but again with no real confirmation on numbers, it would be best to work ahead yourselves.
However, for all paid up members you will be 110% guaranteed tickets for this match. Any other queries, then please do not hesitate to contact me.

According to my workmate, Alan Green (Radio5 Live) said last night that the match will be played at Old Trafford with the other match being played at Villa Park.
I am definately interested in this match. Will have to try and get something sorted as I dont have internet access at home to order flights and I will also have to borrow a mates credit card.
Should be a cracker for all those who go!

Tickets are priced in the following categories for the semi-finals:-
• £25.00 • £35.00 • £45.00 • £55.00
A Blackburn Rovers delegate are at Old Trafford this afternoon with the FA to discuss ticketing arrangements, the club hope to make an announcement on those ticketing arrangements within the next 48 hours.
When booking tickets for this game, then please quote what category you would like. I imagine that the categoires will be divided into 'Upper' and 'Lower' tiers.

Good man John.
Interest seems to be hotting up for the match and can see quite a few from the branch now going.
However, I would advise all mebers to act swiftly and book their flights very quickly. The flights that I had listed are the cheapest in value that I found and you don't necessarily have to book those flights. Keep in touch.
Onwards and upwards!

Good morning everybody. Just booked my flights there with the use of my mates switch (what a legend he is). They were £55 yesterday but I payed £70 as I had to wait to this morning. The extra £15 is worth it though (I hope).
Flying with Flybe (for the first time) from the City to Manchester. Leaving on Sunday morning 9:25 and returning Monday morning 6:45.
Happy days!!!

Good to see you reacting very quickly Johnny. If you would have booked when I said, then you would have saved a few quid. Ah well, it's these boys who have too much, care very little for it!
;D
Seems to be a right few gathering up here now. Just booked Kenny's flight there now and it's at a cost of £69.96.

I'm up for the Travel Lodge option. For all the length of time we will be in it its great and very cheap. Could be a bit dodgy staying in Airport. Anyone up for sharing a room with me? I dont fart and I am tidy.
As for the ticket prices Simon, whats the difference in the seats cause the range in prices from £25-£55 is big?
Also you commented earlier "Ah well, it's these boys who have too much, care very little for it!". I wish!!!
